47 Web Design follows the Philippine data-privacy principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality when processing personal data in connection with our website and services.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary to answer an inquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver a service, maintain security or comply with applicable obligations.

Purpose and transparency

Personal information should be processed for declared, specified and legitimate purposes. We provide privacy information so users can understand the nature and purpose of relevant processing.

We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards including access controls, HTTPS, validation, updates, backups, monitoring and anti-abuse measures where appropriate.

Access

Access to client and inquiry information is limited to people and service providers who reasonably require it for their role or contracted function.

Under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and applicable rules, data subjects may have rights relating to information, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, withdrawal of consent, data portability and complaints, subject to the conditions provided by law.
