Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of 47webdesign.agency, quotation requests and, where applicable, services provided by 47 Web Design. Project-specific proposals, statements of work, invoices or contracts may contain additional terms and take priority where they expressly differ from these general website terms.
1. Supplier information
Trading name: 47 Web Design
Website: 47webdesign.agency
Email: office@47webdesign.agency
Telephone: +40 726 545 238
The legal operating entity, registration number and business address should be added here where required before publication.
2. Services
Our services may include web design, web development, eCommerce, SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, social media, branding, hosting, website maintenance, cybersecurity, AI automation and related digital consultancy. Scope, deliverables, timetable, revisions and price are agreed for each project.
3. Quotations and electronic communications
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a contract. We may request additional information before issuing a quotation. Electronic communications, documents and agreements may be used in connection with our services in accordance with applicable law, including the Philippine Electronic Commerce Act where relevant.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. “From” prices represent a starting configuration. Final pricing may vary based on scope, page count, design complexity, development, integrations, content, products, licensing, hosting, maintenance and third-party costs.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in the relevant quotation, invoice or contract and may include deposits, staged payments, recurring fees or payment before a defined project stage. Work may be paused where an agreed payment becomes overdue.
6. Project start and timelines
Timelines may begin only after agreed prerequisites are met, including quotation acceptance, payment of any required deposit, delivery of content, technical access and instructions. Client delays, scope changes or third-party dependencies may affect delivery dates.
7. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback and lawful materials; securing credentials; reviewing factual, regulated or industry-specific claims; and ensuring it has the rights required to use supplied text, images, logos and other assets.
8. Revisions and scope changes
Included revisions are defined in the project agreement. New functionality, major structural changes or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation and revised timeline.
9. Third-party platforms
Websites and digital services may depend on hosting providers, WordPress, plugins, APIs, payment processors, advertising platforms, cloud services and other third-party systems. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party services will never change.
10. SEO and advertising
SEO, Google Ads and other marketing services are intended to improve visibility, reach and measurable performance, but search rankings, traffic, conversions, sales and revenue cannot be guaranteed because they depend on competition, platform algorithms, budgets, market conditions and user behavior.
11. Cybersecurity
Security services are designed to reduce risk, not eliminate every possible threat. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure against unknown vulnerabilities, compromised credentials or sophisticated attacks.
12. Intellectual property
Rights in original work created specifically for a client are transferred or licensed according to the applicable proposal or contract and, where relevant, after full payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, open-source software, third-party assets and licensed components remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
13. Portfolio use
Subject to confidentiality commitments and project-specific terms, we may request permission to feature completed work in our portfolio. Confidential projects can be excluded by written agreement.
14. Suspension and termination
Services may be suspended where invoices are overdue, there is a material security risk, a service is being used unlawfully or abusively, or another material contractual obligation is breached. Termination rights and outstanding payments are governed by the relevant project agreement.
15. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory rights that may apply under Philippine consumer-protection law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines where applicable to the transaction.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the client, misuse, compromised client credentials, unauthorized third-party changes, external service failures or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
17. Governing terms
Applicable law and jurisdiction may depend on the legal entity providing the service and the client location. Project-specific contracts should state the governing law and dispute process. Mandatory rights under Philippine law remain unaffected where they apply.
18. Changes
We may update these general website terms to reflect changes to services, processes or applicable requirements. Existing signed project terms are not retroactively changed unless legally required or agreed by the parties.
